WHAT IS STRENGTH TRAINING?

Strength training, also known as resistance training or weight training, is a form of physical exercise focused on improving muscular strength, muscular endurance, and muscular Hypertrophy. The primary goal of strength training is to increase the force that your muscles can generate. This type of exercise involves using resistance, such as weights, resistance bands, or your own body weight, to create resistance against muscle contractions. 

STRENGTH AT HYBRID-TRAINING

 

Here at HYBRID-TRAINING we provide coaching and program that is progressive and any individual can follow. You can use this to your benefit in three ways. One is to use the classes to get stronger for everyday life or to help you improve your running or other sporting activities. Two use these classes to get into great shape by dropping bodyfat. Three is to help you increase you longevity.  

At the moment we offer 12 classes a week at various times in the day for you to join. So no excuses not to be getting your strength in.

PURCHASE CLASS CREDITS AND USE THEM TO BOOK INTO STRENGTH CLASSES. ANY CLASS CREDIT CAN BE USED FOR STRENGTH AT HYBRID-TRAINING. ALL STUDIO CREDIT TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY INCLUDING OUR 4-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

STRENGTH MEMBERSHIP

ONCE YOU PURCHASE ANY OF OUR MONHLTY MEMBERSHIPS YOU CAN USE YOUR CREDITS TO GO TO ANY OF OUR STRENGTH CLASSES.  YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL ROLL MONTH TO MONTH AND YOU CAN CANCEL AT ANY TIME BY GIVING US 30-DAYS NOTICE.
